Lead Remodeling Carpenter(Residential Projects)

Location: Moorestown, NJ (In-person; projects throughout Burlington County)

Job Type: Full-time, W-2

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is seeking an experienced carpenter to support residential remodeling projects from initial site prep through final installation. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage project details, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship in occupied homes.

What You'll Do

• Complete carpentry and remodeling work across all project phases, including demolition, framing, installation, and finish work
• Install cabinetry, tile, flooring, trim, and fixtures
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks related to remodeling projects
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate with trade partners and inspectors as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Track daily progress, materials, and job updates using company tools
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
• Ability to read plans and follow building codes
• Experience with multiple trades (carpentry, tile, flooring, basic plumbing/electrical)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable using smartphones or basic job management software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated surfaces

Work Environment & Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule; occasional overtime based on project needs
• Work performed at residential job sites in Burlington County
