Own the Daily Excellence of Our Design Center

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Greater Yavapai is a locally owned, family-led remodeling company serving Prescott-area homeowners. As long-time residents and experienced contractors, we care deeply about our reputation, our clients, and how our business runs day to day.

We are guided by DreamMaker's Code of Values -- principles like integrity, respect, accountability, and follow-through. These aren't corporate slogans; they shape how we treat homeowners, trade partners, and one another. If these values reflect how you already approach your work, you'll likely feel at home here:

We are looking for a steady, organized, take-ownership professional to serve as the operational anchor of our Design Center.

The Role

You will often be the primary team member in the Design Center while ownership is meeting clients or coordinating projects in the field. When homeowners walk in or call, you represent DreamMaker.

You will:

  • Maintain operational accuracy across proposals, documentation, purchasing coordination, and payroll reporting
  • Manage scheduling, client communication, and CRM updates (JobTread)
  • Support coordination between sales and production
  • Keep the Design Center organized, professional, and welcoming
  • Take ownership of both visible responsibilities and behind-the-scenes details

No task is beneath this role. From client experience to daily upkeep, you help set the standard.

This position begins at approximately 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with potential to grow into full-time for the right person.

  • Enjoy bringing order to moving parts and adding a positive spirit to the team
  • Are comfortable with numbers and supporting financial documentation
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Work well independently without constant oversight
  • Appreciate structured systems and follow-through
  • Want the opportunity to grow into greater operational responsibility over time
